I’m so glad you are here.
I’m Jordan
I support high-achieving adults in leading with confidence, navigating high-responsibility seasons, and creating success that feels sustainable — not performative.
My path to this work is shaped by leadership, loss, and life transitions.
I served as a Marine Corps Officer, where I learned firsthand what high responsibility requires — discipline, composure under pressure, and the quiet weight of leadership. That experience deeply informs how I support high-achieving professionals today.
My relationship with responsibility began even earlier. I lost my mother suddenly to a brain aneurysm when I was eight years old. Grief and resilience were not abstract concepts in my life — they were formative experiences.
Years later, when I was pregnant with our second daughter, I found myself confronting identity in a new way. I believed the only way to be a good mother was to be constantly present — and I made the decision to leave active duty service.
That transition reshaped me.
Since then, I’ve navigated the intensity of dual-career family life, worked in sales and early-stage startups, and experienced firsthand what it means to perform at a high level while carrying invisible responsibility.
My work today sits at the intersection of:
• leadership and over-responsibility
• grief and identity formation
• military and service-oriented culture
• working parenthood and dual-career households
• ambition without self-abandonment
I am trained as a Certified Professional Coach through the University of Wisconsin and credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I hold a Master’s degree in International Relations and studied Political Science at Temple University — where I also met my husband.
My approach blends strategic thinking with depth-oriented, psychologically informed support.
I understand the internal pressure high-achieving adults carry — because I’ve lived it.
And I believe success should feel sustainable.

My Why
As a mother of two young girls, I know the challenges of balancing family, career, and personal ambitions. I’ve been there, heck I am there, feeling the pull between being the best parent I can be and wanting to achieve my professional goals. That’s why I created coaching programs that focus on the whole person—because success isn’t just about what you achieve in your career; it’s about creating a fulfilling life that aligns with your values, passions, and priorities.
I believe in leading from the front—whether in the workplace, at home, or in life. My coaching approach is rooted in the belief that everyone has the potential to lead with strength, resilience, and authenticity. My goal is to help you unlock that potential, giving you the tools, strategies, and confidence to take bold steps forward, no matter the obstacles.
At the core of my coaching is a deep commitment to helping you thrive. Whether you’re navigating a career transition, stepping into a new leadership role, or juggling the demands of work and parenthood, I’m here to partner with you. Together, we’ll work to overcome the barriers standing in your way, create a vision for your future, and build a roadmap to success—on your terms.
